Synopsis:
On the Boulevard du Crime the spectacle is as much outside the theatre door as on the stage. Most of the characters seen in this filmed chronicle existed. We know that. Their public lives belong to the Annals of Theatre of over 100 years ago and these facts are related as truthfully as possible. On the other hand sentimental or other adventures depicted in the film are the work of pure fiction.
